The Future of Sales is Social (the rise of social CRM) - Trends in the Living Networks

I absolutely believe that the future of sales is social, and that social media in their various forms will quickly become central to the way salespeople and sales teams work.
A very good summary where social is already playing and will even play a more important role in the future. Having in mind all the data privacy regulations (can't e-mail, can't call without permission), the contact through social media will become more and more important. Sellers will find more and more of their prospects through social media. I strongly believe in that.
