[EN] New Altimeter-Report: "Making the Business Case for Enterprise Social Networking"

New Altimeter-report on Enterprise Social Networking from Altimeter. I do not agree on all findings and statements and find it very US-centric. There are a lot of examples I know out of my job, where customers like BASF, Bayer, Rheinmetall (only to name a few) get significant benefits out of Enterprise Social Networking:
